Three layers, never conflated. Devset: the 16–20 public corpus cases anyone can run — the runner's input. Public docket: 10–12 of them written up as full case files (case, verdict, ruling, dissent) — the bound-precedent edition of the devset, not a different case set. Hidden bar exam: the private certification-grade corpus that never enters the public repo — so the public docket can be studied without being gameable.
