A claim should lead to a ruling, and a ruling should lead to the transcript and run manifest. If the evidence cannot survive that walk, the claim does not publish.

Why “Court”
The name describes the procedural bar the project holds itself to. It is not a claim of jurisdiction, certification, ranking authority, or standing over anyone else.
Who maintains it
The project is maintained under the pen name Holden Hale and released under Apache-2.0. The public docket uses synthetic personas, never real user conversations.
